Michael Neuner received his Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015. In addition to his JD, Michael earned a Graduate Certificate in Energy Law and Policy, as well as a degree in Comparative Law. He also studied International Business and International Media Law at the Université Jean Moulin- Lyon III, in Lyon, France. Michael earned his B.S. degree in 2009 from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.
While in law school, Michael worked for a United State Magistrate Judge at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana in Lafayette. He also worked for Resources for the Future in Washington DC where he authored a paper on the EPA’s New Source Review permitting programs under the guidance of the former chief of the Natural Resources, Energy, and Agriculture Branch of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.
